Norway – Specialised chemical products – Procurement of Runway de-icing (fluid and fixed form in accordance with AMS 1435 and 1431)

The objective of the Framework agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for runway de-icing in a liquid and fixed form, as further described in Annex B1 Requirement Specifications point 3. The framework agreement shall ensure stable supply of runway de-icing in liquid and fixed form in peace, contingency situations, crisis, armed conflict and war. See part II (General Contract Terms)
