Tällä tarjouspyynnöllä hankitaan: Pääurakoitsija, joka toimii lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Tehtäviin kuuluvat rakennus- ja maarakennustyöt, sekä mm. työmaan johtotehtävät mukaan lukien tietoturvallisuussopimuksessa esitetyt johtotehtävät.
