Leverantörerna ska på avrop utföra olika städtjänster såsom trapp‑, flytt‑, bygg‑ och kontorsstädning, städning av tvättstugor och lokaler (inkl. höghöjdsstädning), punktstädning/sanering, golvvård samt tömning och magasinering av lägenheter och förråd inom LKF:s fastigheter i Lunds kommun. Avtalet kompletterar LKF:s egen lokalvård.
