Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie nasadzeń roślin w pasach drogowych na terenie miasta Gliwice oraz prace związane z utrzymaniem posadzonych roślin. Wykonawca staje się posiadaczem odpadów w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (Dz.U. 2023 poz. 1587).
