Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal avseende inköp av träd, barrväxter, häckplantor, buskar, klätterväxter, rosor, perenner, ormbunkar och gräs och säsongsflor (vår-, sommar- och höstblommor) med mera samt tillbehör såsom jord, gödsel, uppspänningsband, stolpar, vattenpåsar etc. Ramavtalet är uppdelat i två (2) delar, se nedan.
