1. Przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania jest dostawa (sprzedaż) energii elektrycznej dla obiektów (punktów poboru energii, dalej również PPE) wymienionych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, w tym również obiektów posiadających instalację fotowoltaiczną (instalacja PV) na okres 24 miesięcy nie wcześniej niż od 01.01.2027 r.
