1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na udzieleniu długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w kwocie 12 500 000,00 zł. (słownie: dwanaście milionów pięćset tysięcy zł) z przeznaczeniem na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów oraz pokrycie deficytu. 2. Spłata kredytu w latach 2027-2045. 3. Kredyt będzie pobrany w transzach od dnia podpisania umowy, do dnia 28
