Erillisverkot pyytää osallistumishakemuksia merivalokaapeleiden hankintaa varten kolmen vuoden sopimuskaudelle. Varsinaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen voidaan käyttää 2 vuoden optiokausi. Lopullista hankintaa toteuttamaan tullaan valitsemaan yksi toimittaja. Sopimus ei muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.
