Veranlassung Hintergrund Mit Inkrafttreten des novellierten Bundesnaturschutzgesetzes (BNatSchG) am 01.03.2010 ist das Monitoring gemäß EU-Richtlinie 2009/147/EG ("Vogelschutz-Richtlinie") in § 6 BNatSchG eingegliedert worden.
