Der Umbau der alten Metzgerei in Bad Kötzting ist eines der fünf Pilotprojekte des Modellvorhabens „Leerstand jetzt WOHNEN“ des Bayerischen Staatsministeriums für Wohnen, Bau und Verkehr im experimentellen Wohnung
