Αντικείμενο του παρόντος έργου αποτελεί ο συνολικός ψηφιακός μετασχηματισμός των διαδικασιών εξέτασης υποθέσεων ιθαγένειας της ΓΓΙ, μέσω της αναβάθμισης του υφιστάμενου πληροφοριακού συστήματος διαχείρισης υποθέσεων Ιθαγένειας, με στόχο να εξυπηρετούνται στο ακέραιο οι ανάγκες και να βελτιωθεί η εμπειρία χρήστη των πολιτών, του προσωπικού της ΓΓΙ καθώς και όλων των συνεργαζόμενων φορέων στα πλαίσι
