Die Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main (VGF) plant eine Hallenerweiterung der Straßenbahnzentralwerkstatt (STZW). Das bestehende Objekt ist eine 9m hohe Halle mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 120,00 x 220,00 m. Südwestlich der Bestandshalle neben Gleis 25 (Achse A') soll eine Erweiterung errichtet werden. Die Hallenerweiterung ist von OK Gelände bis OK Attika ebenfalls ca. 9,00 m hoch
