Objektüberwachung für den Abbruch des ehemaligen Pädagogischen Instituts der Universität Bonn in der Liegenschaft an der Römerstraße 164 in Bonn Castell. Sämtliche Gebäude sind schadstoffbelastet und werden zum Zeitpunkt des Abbruchs schadstofffrei sein. Die Schadstoffsanierung wurde im Januar 2025 begonnen und endet im Sommer 2026.
