De opdracht betreft het meerdere jaren uitvoeren van enquêtes onder justitiabelen naar de beleving van voeding in detentie. Bij het (veld)onderzoek moet rekening worden gehouden met de soms moeilijk te bereiken doelgroepen van justitiabelen. Het onderzoek dient jaarlijks te worden uitgevoerd bij 30 DJI-inrichtingen die zijn verspreid over Nederland. Er wordt beoogd een overeenkomst te sluiten met
