Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η επιλογή αναδόχου/αναδόχων για την προμήθεια πετρελαίου κίνησης και πετρελαίου θέρμανσης, με σκοπό την κάλυψη αναγκών των Φοιτητικών και Σπουδαστικών Εστιών Διαχειριστικής Ευθύνης του Ι.ΝΕ.ΔΙ.ΒΙ.Μ., για χρονικό διάστημα από την επομένη της ημερομηνίας υπογραφής της σύμβασης, σε κάθε περίπτωση όχι πριν από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2027, έως και την 31η Δεκεμβρίου 2027 ή έως
